Terms

A 50% deposit is payable on signing to activate the engagement. The remaining balance will be invoiced separately. Either party may end the retainer with 30 days' written notice. Unused hours do not roll over. Additional hours available at £225/hour. All amounts are exclusive of VAT. This proposal is valid for 14 days.
